Update on the Cycling Blog Contest

As you are all probably aware, GregRidesTrails was nominated into the top 5 mountain biking blogs over on CrankListed.com. The voting has concluded, and unfortunately GregRidesTrails didn't make it as the best mountain biking blog of the year.  Being barely 4 months old, I really wasn't too shocked or dismayed.  The winner of the mountain bike category was Brick House Racing, a blog I'd never heard of before.  To be quite frank, I hadn't heard of any of the other blogs that made it into the top 5 of the voting round.  I don't know what that says about the contest, as I follow several very popular mountain bike blogs...

Oh well, that's life! I just hope that this little mountain bike blog continues to grow and mature over the next year, and maybe by the time the competition comes around again we'll be ready to take down the top seat!
